Delivery Policy

How do we deliver your items?

FREE Standard 3-5 day service - (For All Purchases)*UK MAINLAND ONLY*

For this service we will use the most economical and eficient method.

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY - This requires contact via the customer and XS-Stock.com Ltd before the items such as Large Garden Sets, Beds etc will be sent out. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of you placing the order (Mon-Fri) Please call us on 01294 204004 to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Next Working Day - £5.95 (in addition to Free Delivery)

If you would like next working day delivery (Mon - Fri), your order must be received before 2pm. A signature will be required on delivery of your goods.

NB Saturday Delivery is available please contact us for prices.

Scottish Islands - £9.95 is a 48 hour service. Channel Islands - £9.99 this is a 48 hour service. Northern Ireland 24hour- £8.99 Southern Ireland 24hour- £10.00

Deliveries to the above locations will be made using the most efficient courier. This is a 2 day service unless other wise staighted and a signature will be required on delivery of your goods.

As soon as we dispatch your order, you should receive an email detailing this.

If you have chosen the standard delivery then please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. If you order has not arrived after 5 working days then please email us quoting your order number if you know it.

If you have chosen next working day delivery then please wait until after 5pm before reporting a non delivery. The carriers have up until 5pm to deliver.

If you have any delivery questions that are not answered above then please email us anytime or call us on 01294 204 004 during normal office hours.

Refunds Policy

If any of our products fall below the high standards you expect please return them within 7 days and we will happily refund or exchange the item. Please have your invoice or order number to do this.

If you change your mind within 7 days, we are happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. Please have your invoice or order number to do this.

For further peace of mind:

If you have any problems with your product when you first use it, or at any time during the warranty period, we may be able to offer some help and advice by calling 01294 204 004 or by Submitting a Customer Support Ticket.

If your product develops a fault:

First Contact Us either by Phone/E-Mail.

How do I return a product?

  1. Go To Our Customer Help Desk located http://support.xs-stock.com
  2. Submit a new customer ticket
  3. Please include as much information regarding the request as possible and as directed.
  4. Click Submit. Our customer services team will pick this up and reply within 24 hours of you submitting this (Excludes Weekends and Holidays)
  5. You will be directed to the best returns option for you at this point and we will make it as stress free as possible.

Please note the following:

  • Any flat-pack furniture that has been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
